The shopping destination, which is scheduled to open in the fall of 2009, is located at the high-traffic intersection of the Suncoast Parkway and County Line Road at the entrance of the Villages of Avalon. “Lannon’s experience, proven track record and existing client relationships were key factors in assigning her to the Shoppes at Avalon,” said Director of Retail Leasing Ryan Karlin. “We are confident she will sign an ideal tenant mix and maximize the property value.” Eight outparcels are currently available for sale or lease along with 14,150 square feet of inline retail space for lease in rapidly developing Hernando County.
