With more than 15 years of business development and operations experience in the clinical research industry, Ms. Monette brings extensive knowledge of the global drug development process to MedSource (http://www.medsource.com).  Over the course of her career, Ms. Monette has held senior level business development and account management positions with leading research organizations, most recently in the role of Key Account Director for PPD.  For the past 12 years she has focused on building, facilitating, and optimizing the business relationships between biopharmaceutical companies and CROs.
